management to create and maintain a continuous learning environment
for all its employees. Our goal is to enhance and build on the skills
our employees bring to Enterprise.

Information Systems WorkSkills Curriculum
WorkSkills courses are taught in a variety of formats to best meet the needs of the
employees who participate. These include instructor-led courses, self-study curriculums and CBTs.
Training Areas Include:
- Basic or Core Skills required for beginning a career in Information Systems
- Support Skills necessary to maintain internal systems and provide excellent customer service to Enterprise employees
- Technical Skills that help you effectively design, develop and implement Enterprise business systems
- Professional Skills crucial to leading high-performance work teams and working with others

We offer IS employees many other opportunities for professional development outside of traditional training such as:
